Home and Away star Emily Symons, 52, looks positively ageless as she makes a show-stopping arrival at the Logie Awards in a slinky white frock

She has played Marilyn Chambers on Home and Away on and off for 30 years.

And Emily Symons, 52, could have passed for a woman a decade younger as she arrived for the TV Week Logie Awards on the Gold Coast on Sunday night.

The Aussie actress drew attention to her youthful complexion and trim physique as she posed on the red carpet in a slinky white Silvana Tedesco frock.

Emily looked sensational in the waist-cinching gown that also featured a thigh split.

She boosted her height with silver strappy heels and added touches of bling in the form of a statement ring and drop earrings.

The mother of one styled her wavy blonde braids out, and enhanced her blemish-free complexion with glamorous makeup.

Kohl-lined eyes, lashings of mascara, bronzer on her defined cheekbones and a slick of glossy nude lipstick finished off the red carpet look.

While she has never revealed her thoughts on cosmetic enhancements, Emily has been open about her health and fitness journey.

She told Who magazine in 2019 she got into the best shape of her life by eliminating sugar and alcohol and including weight training in her fitness regimen.

Emily also prioritizes sleep and drinks plenty of water daily.

‘For 25 years I think I didn’t sleep a proper night’s sleep and now I value it. I really changed a lot of the things I do and they’re all the really simple things people tell you to do anyway,’ she told the publication.
